Sessions and Rebates

This is a private billing practice.  As a private practice you do not need a referral from your GP, however if you would like to access a Medicare Rebate you must have your GP's referral prior to your first session.  A standard session lasts 55 minutes. Clients who have a Referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) provided by their GP or Psychiatrist are able to claim a Medicare rebate of $129.55 per session for up to 20 sessions per calendar year.

Patricia is an approved provider for private health funds.  Please contact your private health provider to ensure that your level of cover includes Clinical Psychology sessions.  The private health rebate will vary depending on your provider and level of coverage.
